P\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4n kuuluu my\u00f6s <strong>kehon rentoutus ja nelj\u00e4n liikkeen meditaatio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retriitti on muuten hiljainen, mutta <strong>lounastauolla klo 12-13<\/strong> ja <strong>teetauolla klo 15-15.30<\/strong> voimme puhella. Retriitti\u00e4 voi jatkaa osallistumalla tavalliseen sunnuntai-illanmeditaatioon klo 17-19. Jos koko p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4n osallistuminen ei onnistu, voi mukaan tulla lounas- tai teetauon aikana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lounastauolle voi tuoda mukaan ev\u00e4\u00e4t tai k\u00e4yd\u00e4 keskuksen ulkopuolella aterioimassa.
